What is Sintered Stone?
Sintered stone is a artificiall stone that is produced using the latest technological processes. Sintered stone is made by mixing natural minerals with binders and pigments. This mixture is pressed under high pressure and then heated at very high temperatures to create a hard and durable material. The result is a non-porous, heat-resistant and hygienic surface that is ideal for a variety of design solutions.
Why choose sintered stone for your dining table?
This stone is designed to last. Sintered stone is incredibly durable and resistant to scratches, stains and heat.
You will no longer have to worry about annoying coffee rings or knife streaks ruining your table.
Advantages of sintered tables:
Mechanical strength: sintered materials are durable and resistant to scratches, heat, stains and UV rays. You can safely place your dishes on the table without worrying about scratches.
Aesthetic appeal: They often imitate the look of natural stone, such as marble or granite, but have a more uniform pattern and color. They are available in a wide range of designs and finishes to suit different interior styles.
Ease of maintenance: Synthetic tables are non-porous, which means they are easy to clean. Spills can be easily wiped up with a wet cloth and mild detergent.
Heat resistance: Sintered stone is highly resistant to heat. A mug of hot coffee can be safely placed on the table without a coaster, without worrying about damaging the tabletop. However it is not recommended to place very hot cookware on the table for long periods of time. It is recommended to use trays to place hot pots, pans and baking dishes on the table.
The surface consists of 12mm sintered stone and 25mm MDF board.
The base consists of a white metal tube.
