Delivery info
In the online store, you have the option of choosing three methods of receipt:
- Courier Delivery: The product will be delivered by an authorized DPD courier; when selecting this method you are responsible for providing an exact address for delivery.
- Pick-up at ALANDEKO warehouse: Marupe, Ziemelu street 4, LV-2167. The product must be picked up within 3 working days after the order is prepared. Order delivery time on working days 9:00-16:30. ACCESS TO THE WAREHOUSE TERRITORY ONLY BY CAR.
- Pick-up at ALANDEKO physical stores: upon receipt of your order, the store staff will check the availability of the goods in the store and make a reservation. Please wait for store confirmation before going to the store. You will be able to pay for the goods in the store when you collect your order. If you need an invoice, please inform the store staff upon confirmation of your reservation.
Preparation time in ALANDEKO stores: 1 working day (orders received are processed on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00)
Delivery Period:
- Delivery by DPD courier service: within 3 - 6 working days after placing the order*.
- Pickup at ALANDEKO warehouse: within 2 - 4 working days from placing the order.*
- Pickup in ALANDEKO stores in Riga: within 1 working day (orders received are processed on working days between 10:00 - 18:00)
* if the payment method is an invoice - the order preparation time starts after the payment is received.

Tracking:
After the product is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and your individual tracking number.
Use this number to log on to DPD website at https://www.dpd.com/lv/en/ to track your shipment.
Receipt of shipment:
Upon receiving the product the recipient can be asked to provide an ID.
Upon reception the client must check the product for concordance and sign a delivery . By signing the invoice you confirm the product has been delivered in good condition.
Should your shipment be delivered torn, wet, or otherwise externally damaged, please acknowledge the fact in the delivery documentation or prepare a separate document describing the damage. It must be done in the presence of the courier. ALANDEKO is not responsible for the damage discovered at the moment of delivery but not indicated in delivery documentation.
